| Please note that in accordance with industry norm, all Pilates 10 and 20 packs are subject to a twelve week expiry period. Pilates 5 pack subject to a six week expiry period. |

| On hold arrangements can be made for breaks lasting more than two weeks, with notice at point of purchase and on completion of an Expiry Extension Form. |
